So I think I can budget for and carry with me one book. I'm trying to decide between Lots to Do In Line or Disneyland's Hidden Mickeys.

I have 2 kids and 11 year old daughter and a 5 year old son.

Any suggestions of one over the other? I've also looked at the Lots to Do app, so am wondering if it might be worth purchasing that and then the Hidden Mickey book? Our budget is tight, but I also want to keep the 5 year old busy while waiting in line.

I'm not familiar with the Lots To Do In Line app or book, but I have looked at the hidden Mickey book (I have it).

If you have an iPhone, they do appear to have an app for the Hidden Mickeys (by the same person who wrote the books). It's $6, which is less than the books. Likewise, if you have a smart phone with data plan, you can use the Hidden Mickey website to hunt for Hidden Mickeys while at the park.

Personally, I like hunting for Hidden Mickey's but I'm not into the "scavenger hunts" that the book has. So I just use the "clues" in the back and find the Mickey's. It's fun, but it's not something you can do everywhere or all the time (some rides don't have many).

I love looking for Hidden Mickeys in the Parks! I bought the Hidden Mickey book once and used it until the 2nd edition came out. Since they are always adding new Mickeys, I stitched to internet checklists instead. Findingmickey.com seems to have a pretty updated list and its FREE! So you can still buy the Lots to Do book! :thumbsup2

Thanks! I'll look into the apps!
