Lots of Annual Pass questions!!

For various reasons I'm considering treating myself to an annual pass, probably the Dream one, so...

I'm under the impression that you need a photo - is that correct?

If I buy it in November, but use it for the first time in January - which date will it be considered valid from?

Where do you buy them - at the park entrance as normal?

They take one for you, you don't need to provide one

You can buy a tempory pass from the gate, this gets converted at the passport office, or they can discount a normal day ticket from the price of the full passport at the office.
