This is our first non-WDW trip...we are doing Universal, IOA, SW, and BG. We are staying offsite and will be renting a car...two things we have never done with a WDW vacation. So here are my parking questions -

We would like to hang out at the Boardwalk one evening for dinner, shopping, and entertainment. Is there a parking lot just for the Boardwalk and not the hotel guests? As a non-WDW guest, do they charge for parking?

We also want to spend one eveing at Downtown Disney...will we have to pay to park there?

If we park at Universal and leave for a bit, can we park again later in the day at no charge?

Is there any parking "deal" to be had between the Universal parks and SW? Like if I visit one in the morning and show my parking voucher, can i get reduced rates at the other?

I really appreciate the help!!

We leave one week from today :yay: so i am just trying to tie up any loose end budget figures.

there is no charge to park in the lots at DTD.

when you park at UO, keep your receipt.
it will allow you to return on that same day and not pay the parking fee again.

Last time I heard, no they dont charge. When in doubt, go to the Swan or Dolphin to park(they dont have the security booths the Disney resorts have)and you can walk around the Boardwak that connects all 5 hotels.I think though I cant swear to it, you park across the street. The security host will point you in the right direction when you enter.

Nope.Parking is free unless you valet.

Yes. Keep your receipt. Its good for the day stamped.

Afaik, no there is no special deal between SW and USF.

The only deal between SW and Universal is if you have the Flex-ticket. It is a 14 day ticket that can include Universal Studios, Islands of Adventure, Seaworld, Wet N Wild, and Busch Gardens. If you have a flex-ticket, you can park for free the same day if you are at one of the other parks during that day. So with a Flex-ticket, if you went to Seaworld in the morning and Universal in the afternoon, you could show your Seaworld parking receipt and park at Universal in the afternoon without paying for parking again.
