Okay I need help please. We are travelling 9/25 - 10/2. I have had several threads already trying to determine where to stay.

Now I call today to price FD vs. PIN 40% off deluxe and find out there is no availabilty with either offer.

The Poly has only 1 GV room left for FD for our dates. We need two rooms.

The Poly only has Lagoon View using the 40% for our dates.

The Contemporary only has Tower MK view using the 40% for our dates.

I can't get a room any cheaper than $246 a night and we just can't do that based on what I budgeted.

A family is meeting us there and they feel the same. I have no clue what to do. At this point I am just thinking cancel and wait until 2011.

We have to have a monorail resort bc DH is paraplegic. My friend is considering the Wilderness Lodge but the CMs are telling me we can't book seperate resorts using one PIN code (she does not have one).

Any thoughts anyone? All input is appreciated.

Is the need for a monorail resort transporation? Since you will have to use non monorail transportation for AK and DS, as well as have to change monorails for EP, is it not possible that you might be able to come to a compromise with another resort, since the price isn't working for you?
Specifically I was thinking of the Epcot area resorts. Isn't there boat/walking transportation there that will take you to Epcot and MGM (not sure about the wheelchair for those).

I don't understand why you have to book the same resort. I booked for my brother's family using my pin code and booked him at a different resort. I was told I could book up to 3 rooms and that they did not have to be at the same resort. You may have to link them through your reservation but I do believe you can book separate resorts. Have you considered calling yourselves a grand gathering? I have found that the GG CM's are very knowledgeable and probably could help you more than a regular CM. Good Luck!

Can you please tell me which rooms at Poly, GF and CR you were considering that would have been much less than $246 a night after a 40% discount? I may have been discounting these as too expensive all along.
