LOST....*WARNING* Future Spoilers

Well, this is just my thinking...I'm kind of bouncing an idea off all of ya'll. If we go back to the theory that everyone is there to resolve something, Jack does seem to be the one closest to resolving his issues (father). We know a lot about what happened. IMO, we don't know as much about anyone else.
Example: He turned his father in...father became upset and lost license...father becomes a drunk and moves to Australia...meets Sawyer...tells Sawyer he's proud of his son..."taunts" Sawyer into killing Shrimp Man...Sawyer (possibly) killed Jack's dad...Jack went to Australia to collect his father's body...got it on the plane...Sawyer could tell Jack his father was really proud of him...Jack would either feel better or incredibly guilty...Jack was supposed to die in the pilot...

What's left as a story line for Jack?

But what do I know??

I think this is an excellent theory and makes alot of sense...even though I'd really hate to see Jack leave the show. It would leave a big void in the show.

Maybe Sawyer finally confesses to Jack that he met up with his father and maybe he was involved somehow in Jack's father's death.

OR

Kate ties into this somehow...the scenario between Sawyer, Jack and Jack's dad. I think there is a connection between Kate and Sawyer. I think they know each other. It has shown the connection between Sawyer/Boone and
Sawyer/Jack. I think somehow Kate and Sawyer have met before.

Oh, the possibilities...

Wouldn't kill me if Jack went - he's boring the crap out of me these days. He's a little too much of a stoic. I can certainly see how these annoyingly vague spoilers might imply his demise - though as you guys are showing marvellously, there are rather too many options!

When Boone was in the police station trying to help Shannon, they brought Sawyer in w/ handcuffs on. I'm not sure there's a direct connection, but their paths did cross. It seems to me that somehow all of them crossed paths or have connections, other than the fact that they were all on the plane together.

I agree with you on everything...lol....
I wish there was a page somewhere that had all the characters backrounds and what their ties were, my DS and I were trying to remember everyones backstory and figure out who's connected and why !? I just love this show !!!!!!

It's all on the ABC message boards. I'm too tired to round it up tonight, but maybe tomorrow. The ties I can remember:
Hurley owns a box company.
Locke worked at a box company.

Boone/Sawyer at the police station.

Sawyer and Jack's dad.

Sawyer and possibly the lotto girl? The girl in the hotel room with Sawyer is the same actress that played the lotto girl. Don't know if she's a recycled extra or if that is making a "tie" there.

Sun and Jin were behind Jack at the airport terminal.

Can anyone remember what I'm forgetting?

I just went to Kristin's transcripts on E to read my DH the spoiler we all were discussing on Tuesday. Has it been removed? I may just be really tired, but I could not find it anywhere. I found some mentions of LOST, but not the one we were all taling about. Someone else please go look and tell me if I am nuts.

This is it, BUT where is the question about Walt and Claire's baby being opposites??? The one that wasn't really answered by saying that Jack would not deliver the baby. It's gone! It wasn't the transcript I couldn't find, it was that Q & A.

I think you're right that it's been removed. Hmmm...

03/01 - When the BIG castmember dies off, Claire's baby will be born .... And Jack will NOT be the one to deliver it. The ultimate reason for the death will be the ultimate betrayal from someone he believes to be his trusted ally. But I will say that when I say BIG character, it is not a reference to anyone's size. Lost will return with new episodes on April 13th and we'll get more backstory on Locke, Jack, Sayid and Kate (in that order) before the season ender which will take the life of one of the beloved ten men. It freaks me out that her source might have made her remove it. Spoilerfix was obviously quoting her, but I guess the Lost producers might tell her she had to remove it from her site if she said too much. And if this is the case, does that mean Jack is the one who gets killed off? I've never seen a spoiler go missing after the fact before!
