Lost Universal Annual Passes

Hi,

was sorting all my tickets out for December last night and we bought AP's for most things as we were in Orlando last April. Can find everything except my universal ticket.

Its the power pass and I do have the conformation e-mail for the two AP's that we bought and I have my dh's actual ticket.

Does anyone know if I can get it re issued? Really don't want to pay for another one! :headache:

ps - I have photos of the back of my disney passes but not the universal ones for some reason! Nightmare! :eek:
 
Just take your information to Guest Services and they can print a new ticket for you.
 
Is a printout of the conformation e-mail enough? How will they know what date to do them from?
I would take a printout of the email just to be on the safe side. They should have all other information in the computer.
 

You will need a photo ID to be issued another AP. Just go to Guest Services. There is a $10 replacement fee which can be waived since this is the first time it was lost.
 
I lost mine not long ago, and I just went to GS on the outside of Universal(to the far right of the regular ticket lines) and they issued me on on the spot, no charge. I honestly dont remember if they asked me for an ID or not, but I do remember that the person requesting the replacment needed to be there.I lost my sons at the same time, and they issued me my new one, but wouldnt issue my sons because he wasnt there.(He was in school).

I think Sea World is the only one that charges for a replacement and thats after a second or third in a certain time frame.
