Lost Tickets

My head is going to explode. We ordered MVMCP tickets for Dec. 5 and they arrived last week. After looking at them briefly, I placed them in our bill basket....and now they are gone. DW and I have spent the past 2 hours searching the house. Neither of us has a clue (getting old is tough) but I am afraid that one of us tossed them by mistake. Will WDW do anything for us or am I totally screwed. I think i know the answer, but had to ask anyway.

They should be able to replace them. One time my MVMCP tickets never arrived, they had the serial #'s on record and sent a new set.

Call disney in the am...I think you should be able to track them...good luck

I don't have a receipt..just the email confirmation from Disney and a confirmation number (I bought them online). Will that be enough?

Contact Disney I'm sure they will work with you to replace them.Good Luck

I washed mine in the washing machine and walked to Epcot and up to one of the windows with a bunch of white papers in a sandwich began.

After a few laughs, they were able to track them down and issued new ones.

Not a bad experience after all.

to report that Disney is replacing my tickets despite my stupidity of throwing them away. I will lock the new ones in our safe to make sure that I don't get stupid again.

So am I paranoid that I talked to the Disney folks on Sept. 20 and they said they would replace these tickets and send them out "right away" and I still don't have them on Oct. 8. It was somewhat painful to get through on the phone, so I am trying to wait until I am pretty sure they haven't really sent them. What is the usual delivery time for something like this? Anyone know? Thanks in advance!

I ordered some MNSSHP tix on October 6 and the shipping options I had were:
Regular - Tix delivered by October 13 (7 days)
Express - Tix delivered by October 20 (14 days).

So if Disney sent them out via Regular delivery I'd think you should have had them by October 4. I'd give Disney another call.

I ordered my MVMCP tickets for December 5 on Monday September 20, they were sent regular postal delivery and they arrived the next Monday the 27th of September. I would call them tomorrow to what happened.
