Lost Tickets??

A few months back we complained about a few things that went on during our trip. Disney was awesome - they responded and gave us each a 2-day park hopper ticket, saying that we may use it in conjunction with our next trip.

The only problem....

We printed everything and put it away. We had an email and everything... but we can't find it now!

I'd like to think Disney keeps a log of everything. Do you think that if we call they can find the confirmation numbers, or are they long gone? :eek:

Hey Robo- we called and they found it for us. Thanks for the reply!

Did you look in your emails to see if you filed it in another folder? Also, do a search of all your folders that have Disney in the title.

We had an experience one year where a band of thieves were visiting Disney and we were at the World of Disney and all of our cameras were stolen right in front of us...these people were professionals. Others lost thousands of money and more. Because we responded so quickly, they found the van and all of our things along with others, however, all the film had been taken out and all of our videos, pictures, were gone. Our cameras became part of the investigation and it took six months to have them returned, one being broken. It was heartbreaking at the time, first time my daughter had gone to CRT and was in her Blue Belle Dress. We only had one day left and were up most of the night talking with the detectives. They were so nice and gave us a card to call someone in Disney Guest Communications when we got home. They gave us park hopper passes for our whole family for 3 days to use on our next trip. These were good for the next year thru 12/31. I became pregnant and could not go, we called to get this extended and all of this was on file under our name at Disney. So I think if you put in a call, they should be able to direct you to someone that can send you that information. We then took our vouchers to the park and they gave us tickets. Now they would probably add your tickets to your MDE.
