Hi, my sister-in-law is in Orlando right now, and just relized they lost a ticket. They probably lost it at Kali fast pass machine today. Anyhow, tomorrow before they enter the park what can they do? They are staying offsite at a friends house and aren't in the parks right now, but will be going to MGM tomorrow. It was a nine day pass with 5 days remaining. It had been signed and done the "finger thing". They do have a copy of the backs of all tickets (5 tickets total). Please let me know what to tell her. Is she out of luck? Thanks

If she has copies then this will be easy. Before going into the park (MGM) go to guest services with the copy and they will issue a new one. (no charge) I did it last year took less than five minutes.

Since they have the copy, they can take that to any Guest Relations location at the parks or DTD to recover the lost tickets. Make sure you have ALL of the other tickets present with the copy. The CM will look to see which one is missing, verify some data in the computer and reprint the ticket. It will then void out the lost ticket. They'll want to do this as soon as they can.

ALWAYS take photocopies of the backs of your park tickets. That action can really save your butt and your wallet. :rotfl:
