Lost ticket and upgrade question. Please help!.

I bought a FL Res 3 Day Play Pass for my daughter when we were there a few months ago and had planned to upgrade it to a Seasonal Pass on our next trip but . . . I can't find it!! I did find the receipt we got when we purchased it at our resort and it has her name the cost and what kind of pass it was but no pass #. I called Disney but they weren't sure if I could get the upgrade with just the receipt and said I could try when I got there at guest services at the parks. Has anyone else done this? :confused3
 
I called Disney and they gave me another # to call but they are closed on the weekends.
 
CM told me if I had the receipt to take it to GR when I arrive and they should be able to use that to issue my daughter's Seasonal Pass. I'm still a bit anxious about this since the receipt does not have a ticket # on it, so if anyone has had this happen I would love to be reassured. Anyway, our trip is in 1 week so either way I'll find out when we get there. :confused3
 
Guest Relations should be able to track it from your receipt. I would not expect you to have any problem with it.
 

FL res have their info in the computers, so receipt or not, just take your ID to Guest Relations and they will pull you up in the computer. An upgrade will be no problem!
