LOST Thread. Lots of theories on page 5!

I used to love Lost but I haven't really watched it this season. But I was in the TV room last night when my mom and dad were watching it and I totally called that Kate was gonna take Claire's baby.

I'm definitly guessing all this happened before Jack's suicide/saving girl from car wreck ordeal. Because at the end of that episode he met with Kate, who wasn't running from the law, so she was obviously already cleared.

Ohhhh, maybe they are going backwards in time.

Question for y'all. If you were in the situation of one of the people who crashed on the island, what would you want to do? Cause if you crashed there, you pretty much have no family or friends back home (none of the survivors really do)...so why go back? On the island you have friends, you're own little community. What side would you be on? Would you have went with Jack, or Locke?

It would be a tough decision. You have your own self-sustaining society on one side, and the "real world" on the other. It would really depend how much i would hear about the outside world. Anyone remember when Jack watched the video of the 'Sox winning the World Series? That would be me. I'd have to have news constantly coming in, but the island just seems to be better as for living conditions.

Sawyer, a conman, stayed. Kate who was a fugitive left to face trial? It doesn't make much sense to me.

I'm gonna say I'd have stayed with Locke if I wasn't missing the world's news.

Am I too far gone to catch up with everything?

Definitely! Whatcha need to do, is rent the seasons. They're available at blockbusters and other video renting places. Lots has happened since the 3rd episode ever.

Damhsa (sorry, I forgot your name again ) maybe Kate becomes super jealous of Claire's baby, and when they have the availability to leave, she cons Claire into letting her take the baby with her. And Jack can't look at the baby, because she knows what Kate did and it reminds him of Claire.

Yes...I'm just making up all kinds of random things. I have no idea what I'm talking about,

Yeah, if you're looking for something to do this weekend, and don't plan on sleeping, watch every episode from then on.

If you had asked 3 weeks ago I would've said watch the recap show that was on at the begginning of the season. It did a pretty good job on catching you up, but it was mostly last season.

All the women we gave birth had died. She probably did not want that to happen to her. If she left. Thats maybe why she might have given Aaron to Kate. Well, we are all not really sure what is going on!

But I thought if you conceived off of the island than you would turn out okay. Why would Claire think that if she left she would die?

I think she gave Aaron to Kate because she intended to give him up for adoption in the 'States anyway. Why not give him to someone she knows, and will be a good mother?

He was telling about how without Kate being in the crash the Six wouldn't be alive. He said how he was injured badly, and she patched everyone up.She instantly took a leadership role.

Sounds, ironically, like what he did on that day.

Wait, so you think she got rid of him because she was going to put him up for adoption before?

Hmm...I'd have to disagree. She came to love the baby, like she said in the last episode, she never thought she could love something that much before. I don't think she'd give him up willingly, unless it was for his own safety. Just my opinion.

Don't know. He didn't say who were the two who died. We do know that so far these are the Oceanic 6.
