Lost souvineer from CBR. Can I order one?

We were at CBR 10/25-10/28. I bought my mom a beautiful little silver and rhinestone charm from the shop there, as that was the only thing she had asked for. Well, somehow in our crazy travels, it got lost, and I was so disappointed last night when I was handing out souvineers to my family, and hers was gone. So, is there any way to order another one? Do you think CBR would take a phone order for such a thing??? I'm not quite sure how else to replace it.
