What does everyone think Kate's story is? Does anyone have any info of her ORIGINAL crime? She sure did freak her mom out at the hospital. Does anyone else think she is in CIA/FBI?

No, they have not yet told us what kate's crime was. I read in a EW that we will find out this season. I don't think she is an FBI agent though, lol.

Where is the spoiler thread???? I must have been asleep half of the show cause I missed alot of what you guys are talking about... I did not see Sawyer and Kate making out and I missed a couple of the flashbacks.

It was pretty creepy when the little boy was int he woods though .

Looks like everyone on the island will somehow be connected. Interesting. I can see how they will do that with everyone who lives in the US..(Shannons dad/Jacks wife, Sawyer meeting Jacks dad, etc...) Wonder how they will bring in the couple from HongKong or wherever they are from. Because they dont know english, so couldn't be in the US much... (well except the wife who learned it after..)
Anybody know of any other connections?

I think I read somewhere that John Locke's mom and Hurley were at the same mental institution. I'm not sure if they were there at the same time though.

Jin and Sun are Korean ... Hmm... Off the top of my head I can't think of any connections but I'll bet there are some

It's a good bet Locke went to Korea. Probably a lot we don't know about Locke yet.

Well Jin was going to LA to drop off a watch. Whoever was to recieve it was probably conected/related to someone on the island. That's my guess. Perhaps it is Lock's father - he's rich and mean. I wouldn't be suprized if he has ties with the mob.

They seemed to make a very big deal about the watch that Jin had to deliver to LA so I'm guessing that anything that is going to connect them to anyone else on the island will also have to do with that watch... and why Jin has been so withdrawn from every one on the island just my thoughts anyways

It's not really that much of a connection, but Sun was right behind Jack when they were waiting to check in at the airport.

I just remembered something else, when Jin was beating up that man in Korea, on the TV in the background was Hurley getting into a limo after he had won the lottery. Not much of a connection there, but a little something something

Maybe the watch was meant for Hurley because his newfound wealth made him owner of something with ties to Mr. Paik (Sun's father)... Could have been a bribe, a congratulations, etc...

Just LOVE this show. It is the best! I missed the numbers on the injection vile.....glad I found this thread! And I said to my DH as we were watching...that when he was working on the girl in the ER...I said I bet that's the chick he married. I figure out some stuff on my own but I'm glad we have this thread!!!

Now I want to go and rent Season 1 and watch for any other connections, clues, etc....!!

I obviously don't pay enough attention, good thing you guys do and can fill me in on what I miss!

Yeah I do I totally missed the numbers on the bottle that Desmond was using for the injections. I like rewatching the episodes on my computer though because my VCR tends to give a fuzzy image when I pause sometimes. I also find it easier to go back to a scene on the computer.

I did that a couple times last season. This season I intend to do it all of the time.

Another possible connection: Michael was in the hospital when he got hit by the car, could it have been the same one Jack worked in.

Yes, good points.......,

Kates mom was in the hospital too, that one episode. Then when she got chased, she took off, and isn't that when she crashed the car, and killed her friend/boyfriend?
So maybe that was Jacks hospital too... that the mom was in. Or maybe that crash caused Sarah to crash into Shannons dad....

So where does Sayid fit in?

And what about Clare? Remember she was going to LA to have her baby. Was she going to give it up for adoption there, was there someone there who wanted it? Wasn't she talking to a physic or something? I wonder if the father of her baby was connected to someone on the island. Like what if it is Kates brothers baby, or Charlies brothers baby or something like that.....?

I think I need to go to Season one thread for a re-cap! You just forget all the details!
