Any chance I can call Disney and see if they have that PIN on file?

I think people call and ask if there is a PIN associated with their name or email! Go for it!

Same thing happened to me, I got a pin code in the mail and when it came time to book, I could not find it. I called Disney and they looked it up by my name I think and it was no problem. Of course, I found it two days later!
