Hi everyone!
Yesterday I went with my friends to the parks and I used my photopass feature on my AP. None of the photos loaded yesterday (including ride photos), and a photographer said the system was down, so it will take forever to get to me. Well, this morning, only some of the photos were added to my account. Should I wait longer? Or do I need to contact disneyland? I tried finding a number but Stitch kept eating the page...Even the app keeps crashing so I can't go back and check. I'm just worried the photos are lost and don't want to wait too long past the time to report them lost.

Thanks

That is why when I am in the park I always check several times and I don't leave the park without making sure they are there. That way if they haven't show up I go to the photo shop and tell them so they can find them.

Call the PhotoPass line. Let them know the approximate time you're talking about and where you were. As long as you have other pix from that day in your account, they can see what you were wearing and find your pix. We had a situation last year where some completely random other family's pictures for Anna and Elsa were in my account rather than mine. The PP CM on the phone was able to check my account for other pictures from that day and tracked down the ones that were missing.

They can find them, and they don’t get deleted for at least 45 days, so you don’t need to stress about calling today if the site is down or something.

I’d make a list of the photo locations (and approximate times) that you’re missing while it’s fresh in your head. If the photos still aren’t there tomorrow, call them and they’ll track them down.

We spent Saturday at the parks, and our pictures have been loading much slower than usual. We’re still missing a few as well. It seems to be something with the system the past couple weeks. :tilt:

On our trip last month we realized we were missing quite a few photos. We stopped at the photo shop, but they were unable to retrieve them. They put in a call to their IT department, and told us to check back later in the day. No luck when we went back so I simply used the “contact us” on the website after we got home: https://disneyland.disney.go.com/help/email/ and selected Disney Photo Pass in the subject. They got back to us in a couple of days and were able to retrieve all of our photos :)

I had the same problem when I was there the last weekend in June. I had to make several trips to Kingswell Camera Shop on Buena Vista Street. they linked the ride photos to a Maxpass/Photopass card in case the photos didn't show up on the ap. they said that it could take 24 hours for the photos to show up on the ap. I think all of the photos showed up, but it is really disappointing that the system isn't working as it should. waiting 24 hours is not acceptable.

Good to know. Everyone's responses about how pictures were found after being missing relieves me. Hopefully they will show up soon!

I think I would be less annoyed/worried if it was just me. However my friends that were with me rarely get to go to Disneyland, so I want to make sure they have our photos!

Our photos from Sunday, 8/5, haven't shown up yet either. We'll be calling PhotoPass tomorrow to ask about them. Will post an update here later.

that trip in the end of June we were there three days. the first day linked photos came in about 20 minutes to an hour. the second and third day when nothing came after several hours I went to the photo shop. I want to get it straightened out before I was 400 miles away from Anaheim.

Not sure if this is related, but I know that the FastPass system was slow on Sunday. Also, I'm not a big user of PhotoPass, but I just downloaded some pics that we took about two weeks ago and they were all there. Perhaps try again in a few days? Hope you're able to find them.

Thanks for the reminder - we had missing pictures from our trip in July. I just emailed to see if they can be found!

So far my ride photos from space mountain, cars, incredicoaster and guardians showed up. Only one of the pictures from the Carsland sign (with woody and buzz car) showed up. Just waiting on our pictures by the castle and wishing well.

Interesting. I thought the fastpass system was fine on Sunday. We did a total of 17 rides using maxpass (some rides we did standby). My pictures are slowly showing up. The system must be really backed up.
