Lost Photopass photos after upgrading to AP

Hi everyone!

I upgraded to an AP towards the end of my last trip in May. I had quite a few photopass photos taken before I upgraded. When I upgraded, the watermarks on these photos disappeared and I could see photos from a trip in 2016.

I just went to download all the photos from my last trip, but only the ones taken after the AP upgrade are in my account. Is this supposed to happen? Are my photos gone forever?

No, that isn't what happened with us.
Our account did what yours did.
When we got an AP we were then able to see all photos going back a full year.
They remain in my account on a revolving basis, one year's worth, falling off as each photo ages 1 year.
At no time did any photo disappear prior to it's 1 year anniversary.
I would call them, after the operations at Disney return to normal

This happened to me when I went from an annual pass to a renewed AP. I had to call the Photopass people, and they sorted it out.
