I have never watched Lost either. American Idol has been kind of boring so far this year, but I'll watch again tonight.

I wish I could double DVR. I've watched Lost since season 2 and am hooked. This being the last season, I MUST watch it. Lost and House are my 2 MUST watch programs.

Beware though - Lost is on for 3 hours tonight!

I'll be watching Lost. Re-cap is on now. I just hope I don't fall asleep while the new episode is on. (long day and another post)

I usually don't watch Idol until the very end. I know people find it entertaining, but I think the judges are just mean to a lot of the people with out having to be. Guess it's entertainment..but I don't enjoy it.

We are Losties too. Been hooked since the beginning, and personally I think it's as good now as it ever was.

We are DVRing AI, but I don't usually get interested until later in the season, and then only because my DD's watch it.

I do not like when the judges are mean, and make fun of people who clearly have a "challenge" in their life.. However, I do enjoy watching some of the behind the scenes stuff..This is where some of the most heart warming stories are told..

Can anyone explain what the heck is going on? Are they on the island or in LA? Who's gonna die and are they really dead? Who the heck is John Locke? My head is spinning faster than Linda Blair's in The Exorcist!!

I heard rumors last year that there might be a parallel universe link between Lost and Fringe. I haven't seen any "watchers" on Fringe this year. Maybe I haven't been paying close enough attention.

Hmmm...let me take a crack at it. Two parallel universe's.
In one..the bomb went off and it worked. They aren't in 1977 any more. In the other the original flight was uninterrupted and shows what would have happened to the characters had they not landed on the island. I figure at some point, they will intersect?..Who knows
Now....
Locke..isn't Locke. He's "Evil" Evil couldn't kill "good" (that would be Jacob) himself. He had to have someone else do it. So Ben (who lets face it is a little of both) kills Locke so Evil can take his form and in turn kill Jacob. Actually he convinces Ben to do it. (although..he did die off pretty easily, not much of a fight there) Betrayed by Ben...who, he allowed to be saved when Syid shot him as a child back in 1977.
I believe Hurley...will take the place of dead Jacob eventually. That's why Jacob presented himself to Hurley. Hurley is the only character who's never had another agenda while on the island..or off for that matter.
Now..Syid..(sorry sp?) coming back to life..did you see how they carried him out of the water and he appeared almost Christ like..as if he were on the cross? Then he "rises" from the supposed dead. (by the way..isn't he Muslim?)...He is probably now going to be like Ben..who was saved by the original others (back when Syid shot him in 1977)..meaning he became one with the island and will never leave it...and probably never age. I figure..he's gonna live..but he's never going home. He's also got to pay for all his torturing days as part of the Iraqi guard. (again, just my opinion..and we all know what that's worth.).
I feel bad for the real "dead Locke"..get it "dead locked" I mean he's been dead a while now..and that can't be pretty lying there on the beach there in that heat.
Honestly it's been so long, I think I've got to get the last few seasons and reveiw them to catch up. There's so much I've forgotten.
