My friend and I, although sad to leave WDW we were ready to head back to our family. We had just gotten off ME and sky capped our three items. On our way up to check in, I had my license in my hand along with the money to tip sky cap. We were in line and I went to look for my license and it was no were to be found  I check my Minnie mouse wallet, my pockets, my back pack the surrounding floor. I walked back to see if I could find it on the floor. I was cool until I got to my friend who was still in line. She asked if I had found it and the meltdown just happened    The sky cap guy had stepped away and returned to us with me in tears, then his boss came over to see what was wrong as well. Now, my poor friend is just not good with touchy feely comforting moments :worried: :scared:. Seeing me in hysterics was disturbing for her. Although she said she was trying to tell me that I didn't need it to get back home-I just wanted to find my license. I was standing their crying and another gentlemen in line leaned over and asked if I lost my license? What! :bitelip: He said he thought he would just take a guess that the woman he saw crying like a baby must of belonged to the license he found on the ground and had turned in to an airline employee.
Ohh my goodness :yay: The sky cap guy went and tracked down my license and I was able to check in with no problems.
I was so afraid I wouldn't be able to go home. With all the security policies I just thought the worse. Needless to say I had never lost my license and hope to never again go through this fiasco. At least I know now that after filling out some paper work, I would of been able to get on the plane. ::yes::

Sorry for your distress. I always worried about what would happen if you lost your license. I now carry an expired one with me as I figure its better than nothing.

I'm glad your license was found. I probably would have reacted the same way. Nothing like a grown princess having a melt down over something that could be so scary.

Thats not good if you pass off an expired ID they can arrest you on the spot.

Now some states will issue you a State issued ID for travel and other backup puposes.I would check into that.

To the OP I feel for you but My thinking would have been TSA won't let me fly DW will have to straighten this out when she gets home I'm getting a room for a few days :lmao:
