well, i had all my confirmation numbers saved on the Xcel document i was doing all my planning on and i lost the document. so now i have no ADR confirmation numbers. what do i do?
If you are staying onsite, you can have the concierge create you printout of all your ADRs. Same thing happened to us last year. Wasn't a problem at all.
I always get a print out of them when I check in to the hotel. If you're not staying on property, try calling the dining line and asking them to look them up for you....You are not the first to have this happen.
You can just call the dining line and they will read you a list of what they have booked for you. I recently did this after misplacing my nice organized index card with all mine listed on there.
A CM told me the other day that if you lose your confirmation numbers, they can look them up easily using the phone number you provide when you make your reservation. Call the dining line and you should have no problems.
Call & ask nicely sometimes you get cranky CM Not joking when Disney travel cancel my trip this past September which was paid off 9 months before. After much debating on my part on how I would like to do bodily harm to the person I hung up before I said anything I would regret saying any that how mad I was. My DH said that took alot for you to do I just laugh & ask do you want me to take it on you? He said no, good thing I was really mad. 10 minutes later a nice lady from Disney Travel called a supervisor I am guessing and asked a few questions & said someone called two weeks after I put down the deposit & cancel it. By now my dinner guests are walking in my chilhhood friend who is our lawyer. DH filled him in & he pencil me a note to put it on speaker phone which I did. I ask who was it who called> She didn't know..I asked if cancel why did CM take my money etc? She was shocked when my lawyer got on the other line & asked the same thing. Somehow they misplaced it under my son's name. It was under mine not his & I am not a man but a female. Plus they didn't have the resort that I had nor club level & it was past 45 days now. They still had the BWI & club level. My lawyer said just take a room out of that even the promotion is over & give to me since it Disney's fault. Turned out it was someone'else that cancel & her ressie# was almost like mine. All in all it was all messed up still to this day I make sure as before to take names whetger they are real or not. She said she was sorry that this happen & to make up for it gave us a discount which she couldn't since we had free dining so we got a free meal at Artist Point twice.
Funny when I checked in at the BWI it was under my name with my son's address.
