I have lost my keys since I got home today and now I am scared to go to sleep. My DS (16 months) had fallen asleep on the way home today, so I unlocked the front door and then got him out of the car seat (the entire time he is in my line of sight). I layed him down and then went back out to get the diaper bag and lock the car, but I do not know where I put my keys, ahhhhhhhhhh!!!!
To top it off, in our home owners association letter this week they let us know that there has been some breakins in our neighborhood lately. So, now I am thinking, "what if I left the keys in the door and someone saw them, took them and is waiting until tonight to come in". I know my imagination is getting the best of me here! Of course this would only happen on a night DH is not home (he is a firefighter).
I am so frustrated at myself (I can hear DH saying "how many times have I told you to put your keys where they belong so you can find them") some day I will use that keyholderthing that is in my kitchen!!
I have the alarm on and almost everylight in the house on, I hope that scares away the bad guy!!
