Hi Everyone!
So last week we booked a quick trip in March with the intent of using some one day tickets we had left over from a free dining package in August 2012. I booked the airfare, a room at Pop Century, customized our Magic Bands, everything was looking great!
Then, I went into our safe where my husband had put our tickets (they were on Key to the World cards) and discovered that we had the correct one for me but the wrong one for him (a KTTW card from a different trip).
I emailed Disney (wdw.ticket.inquiries@disneyworld.com) on Thursday night with all the info including the ticket id number from my ticket, dates of our stay, the name that would have been on the card and the resort we stayed at and this morning (Tuesday) I heard back. Not only were they able to confirm that they had found my ticket in their system, but they sent me the ticket number via email so I was able to connect it to My Disney Experience and book Fastpass+.
Just wanted to share this positive experience for anyone dealing with lost tickets!
