So somewhere between the video intro and the end of the ride, I lost my iPhone yesterday.
As soon as I realized it was missing, the car had gone around a couple of times and the CMs were able to check to see if it was in the pocket, but no luck. We waited until about 45 minutes after park close time to see if it was brought to Guest Services, but again, no luck.
Today we went to Lost and Found at TTC and I talked to a very nice CM there. She said they get several iPhones and other phones/items every day and they would mail it to me as soon as it turned up - not IF it turned up - but I'm not so confident.
After I realized it was missing, I called it and it went straight to voicemail. I remember there was no reception in the building, so that would make sense. But it could also happen if someone found it and turned it off, I guess.
So I guess my questions are...has anyone ever lost something on a ride and had it turn up days later? Is there a way to track the phone to at least see where it is? I've read about a few programs you can buy, but I don't know if any of them would really help in this situation.
Any advice?? Thanks!
