lost fp's already made "magically"!help?

:confused3I an so confused and upset. I made all our adr's in advance, no problem! I made all our fp's for 2 (hubby and me) 60 days out like we're supposed to do. THEN, my daughter wanted help making her fp's for 5 so they would be close to ours. It all sounds simple, right? We made fp's with ours or close to our times. Great. Then I checked my fp's later on and found out that some of them had cancelled my husband out!!!! I now have fp's for one only!!! when I had them already made for 2. What happened??? I tried fixing with modification. Not allowed. I tried cancelling them, not allowed. What????????? Does anyone please know what happened or what to do???? thanks:) I hate fp and this system. :headache:
 
Did you recently update your My Disney Experience on a mobile device? I did an update for mine on my phone and it listed my fast passes for only one of my party instead of all four of us and also listed my dining reservations for 2 instead of 4. When I checked on the computer everything was fine. It did eventally all appear correct on my phone as well, but had me scaried for a little while. If nothing else I would call and check it out.

Yep, this is common. That's why I asked if disneyseniors was looking at the app. I'm not sure why it does that. Glitchy system to say the least!

I did use the MDE site and all was well, until my daughter tried to set hers up too. She is coming to wdw 3 days after us and tried to get fp's near ours. It looked like all was well, until I rechecked the list and my husband was taken off all the fp's for the same days as our dd's. Nothing we did changed or helped in any way. We tried everything, on our laptops. To make a long, frustrating story short, I called Disney IT yesterday and they told me they had it all changed and got all our fp's close. She said to check on the site later and the changed fp's will show up. So, I was all happy and checked later. THAT's when I saw that all of the ones were still for one (me), and some of the newer linked ones were for a partial friends and family list!!!!:worried: Soooo, I called again and talked with 2 IT people who worked on it together. They said that our links were not done right and that's the problem. They got it fixed right and even put us together for some of the fp's!!:cool1: But, I know that I had all the family listed correctly, and so did my daughter. I still think it was a glitch afterall. It was scarey seeing only one name on the fp's when I had set them for 2 earlier. I guess I freaked out. Thanks for all the help. I still don't like this system at all. I liked the old fast passes you could get when you wanted them. I hope Disney changes back due to all the bad reviews. I will wait til we go in November to see what really happens with all this fp stuff and will let all the dis'ers' know;) Thanks again for your help:wizard::wizard::wizard:
 
I am so glad it's just 3 of us going, that are all on my account.... I hope I don't run into any glitches! LOL!
