Lost Children???

Not that long ago I came across a thread that had some tips about keeping track of children. I read one tip that suggested a device that you put on the child and would beep with a remote or something like that. It was a little Lady Bug I believe. If anyone knows what I am talking about can you remind me what it is? I have been looking for them
