My husband ruined his AP during our last trip in Dec. It rained (no poured) most of our trip so by the end of the trip his card was falling apart. He now thinks that he threw it out assuming he could get it replaced. How do I go about replacing the card? I do not have the number from the back of the card, I forgot to photocopy it.

You're lucky it's an AP. When you go to WDW next, your DH can go to any Guest Relations window outside a theme park and they'll replace it.

We found this out when I washed DS's during our last trip.

Call and ask for Guest Relations, they will ask you for some personal info and find you in the computer. I am not sure if they will send you one or not. My daughter forgot to bring hers when we went in Feb. and they issued her a new one but told her to throw out the old one when she got home, because it was now disabled. Joan

He'll need to present a photo id at any park's Guest Services to get his AP reissued.

 During our Feb. trip, DD11 lost her 3 day old AP somewhere in A.K. She and DD14, walked back out to the guest service window, showed her I.D. and returned in a short time with a brand new pass. Her only disappointment was that she originally had a Mickey card and then ended up with a Minnie. It was that simple. ;)

Wow great timing, our AP's aren't were I normally keep them and I have put off looking for where I think (hope) they might be for fear they won't be there. I am very much relieved by this post.
Thank you thank you thank you!:Pinkbounc
