Four of us had APs. Mine and my daughters expired in early May, but my husband's and son's don't expire until late June. They are going down next weekend for SWW and my son's AP was accidently thrown away. Will they have a problem getting it replaced? My niece was at WDW a few weeks ago and asked about it and was told they just need to go to guest services and that my husband will have to show ID and they will be able to replace it. Is this how it works? Thanks!

They'll replace it with no problem at all. Just go to a park ticket counter, it's painless.

I lost my AP during a trip early this month. I think it fell out when I took my camera out. Anyway, when I realized it I went to Guest Services and it was replaced quickly without problem. Just need an ID.

It should be super easy. I have had to replace mine before and all I did was show my id and have it replaced it took like 3 seconds.

I misplaced both of my daughters' APs last year. I had to show my ID (kids are 12 and 15 yrs old, no ID...) and then the CM asked them their names. That was all that we had to do to get them replaced!

Last December when my family & I were in the taxi going to Toronto Pearson International Airport, my Dad had realized that he accidently threw his Park Hopper pass in the Garbage. Since I had mine we went to the desk at the Atrium Club in the Contemporary, which is where we purchased those tickets in August 2005 & told them what happened. I also knew that the numbers on our tickets were both the same expect the last number, the Cast Member typed it into the computer saw our info & added our remaining days onto my Dad's Resort ID card he was using at the time & that will be his ticket for when we go in August. So you should have no problem replacing the AP.

Not to echo everyone else, but yes, easily replaced. It helps if you know the date it was purchased, along with the ID. I know this because I've lost mine at least 5 times. Don't ask.

Just a side note, each time we replace ours, whether it be because we lost it or it got demagnitized, I hope that my fiancee gets the Cinderellabration design on his pass. This time, he did, and as hard as he has tried to lose these, he hasn't been able to. I mention it every time we go through the gates. :rotfl2: He hates it.
