Lost annual tickets

Hi

Im hoping someone can let me know how i go about replacing lost annual tickets, ive lost 3 of them and cant find them anywhere. We are due to go to the 28/12, is it possible to get this sorted before we leave rather than deal with it when we get there?

If I look at the back of my contract it says under Article 5 that you have to inform them in writing only if you PA is lost or stolen and it will be deactivated

It then says that if you want your PA to be reactivated you should send them a photocopy of your id card or passeport and a cheque for 15€. They will then reissue a new PA. It will take 3 weeks (21 days) after they have received your chq and id

I'd suggest you phone them as already I guess you will have a pb for a chq in €'s and a 3 week delay will be too long for you what with the Christmas period.
