I seem to have misplaced our Annual Passes. They have already been activated, as we used them in December. I have a photocopy of the backs of the tickets with the numbers on them. Will this be okay to reissue them?

I also misplaced mine..........Just went to guest services and all I had to do was show them my drivers license. Had a new one in less than 5 minutes with no questions asked. We must not be alone.

That's the beauty of an AP -- since they have your name in the computer, you don't even need a photocopy of the back of the pass. I lost DD's at Epcot (in the shuffle of getting EMH wristbands, I think) and we were able to get it replaced at AK Guest Relations next morning.

Whew! I was so relieved. Since we had only bought her AP a few days before I lost it, I had never had a chance to photocopy the back.

blestmom - You don't "NEED" the photocopy of the back of your annual passes, as they only need your ID to pull them up in the system.

I will say that IF you do have the photocopy though, go ahead and bring it with you. I can tell you that pulling them passes up by the ticket codes is slightly faster than doing it by name. If you don't have them... don't worry, sometimes it just takes a second to find the current pass if you've had multiples.

All they need is something to prove you are who you say and they can reprint a pass easily. I forgot my pass the other week when we went to DQ. My husband had his pass, so we knew my # was either 1 before or 1 after. Took 5 minutes and the CM was able to find me in the system and print out the pass.
