Lost Annual Passes

I seem to have misplaced our Annual Passes. They have already been activated, as we used them in December. I have a photocopy of the backs of the tickets with the numbers on them. Will this be okay to reissue them?
 
As long as you have a photo copy of the backs of the tickets or the reciept with the pass id numbers on them you will be ok. That is what they told me when I purchased my tickets, that as long as I had the reciept or a photo copy of the back of the tickets I would be ok.

You should be fine with the photocopy. They should be able to easily look you up and give you a new one.
Great tip to anyone who has a AP: Photocopy the back, just for this very reason.

Photocopy is good to have, but not necessary. I lost mine and all I needed to show was my driver's license. It works the same way as a lost credit card. WDW issued me a new ticket on the spot and deactivated the missing ticket so noone else could use it.
 
APs are in the computer system. All you have to do is go to Guest Relations and show your ID and they can pull you up and issue you a new one.

Had to do this twice already, first time DH left his APs at the fastpass machine. Second time, we got to MK and he realized he left the APs in his other pants at the hotel! Now, I don't know about you, but I wasn't going to waste another hour just to go back to the hotel to get it. So, we went to Guest Relations and in 10 minutes they cancelled the old ones and issued new ones.

whew! this is good to know, since i dont have my APs photocopied, i guess its time to look for them and do that :cool1:
 
Yeah, All the AP's are in the computer by the name you have on your driver's licence or passport. It is not nessisary to have a receipt or photocopy of your ANNUAL PASS to reprint them - but it may take the CM less time if he/she has the ticket codes than searching for your name.

Even more so if you have a common name, or multiple AP's from previous years, or for different areas (WP, PI, ect ).

That's the thing...you don't have to photocopy them. All you need is some for of ID...driver's license, passport, Burger King's Kids Club card...OK, maybe not the BK card, but you get the drift!
