I have been very well trained to check every nook of the hotel room but if something is left behind well Disney send it back

I have found that it depends on what it is and where it was lost. OKW did send us a lost item that they were able to track down for us.

If they find it and it gets turned in to their central lost and found and you can describe it well enough for them to locate it in among all their hundreds of mislaid items, yes.
Sometimes it's not all that easy to match up an item with it's owner.
When we did the Backstage Magic tour they covered some of how they handle lost and found items

If it is found yes they will send it back. I left a pair of glasses (didn't even remember unpacking the back up pair) at a Disney resort and got a call from lost and found later that day after check out. Since we had already left the area they mailed them.

Late check out is not guaranteed but cost depends on how long. I've only ever been offered to extend to noon when asked and that was at no extra cost.

In all our stays we've only asked for a late check out 1 time. We were granted it. I believe we asked for either noon or 1:00, no more than that. It was at the regular Resorts, not Villas. DH was taking the tour for the Wilderness Lodge and the tour ended at check out time so I asked for late check out so he could finish and then we could load the car. Otherwise, we've always found 11:00 more than late enough. If we ever felt the need to stay longer than a couple hours we'd just pay for the extra day

As others have said, you can request it but it's not always granted. If it is, up until 1PM there's no charge. Up to 3PM there's a charge of 1/2 of that nights rack rate. Any later than that, a full nights rack rate.

I was just thinking I don't think ds opens before 11 I know it takes time to pack up the care and get there just wondering how tired my group is going to be after AK

I believe DS opens at 10 AM
11:00 is still pretty late. I'd just plan on making it out by then.

I agree with @AngiTN Disney Springs opens at 10. You should plan on being ready to check out at 11. Late checkout is often if not usually, not granted.
