My sister was at WDW last week. She dressed her girls in their princess costumes for the character breakfast in Norway. Unfortunately, she believes she left the bag containing their "clothes to change into" on the monorail between the Poly and Epcot... and only realized it after the character breakfast when it was nowhere to be found.

She considered the clothes "lost" and came home without them but if they're sitting in Lost and Found someplace, she'd love to know. (And maybe pay to have them shipped home.)

Does anyone know who she should contact?

Thanks!

I finally had need for lost and found at WDW after 14 years and many trips. I can assure you that they were amazing.

I called and asked for lost and found; described my small makeup bag which was left in Epcot. The CM found it within minutes.

I then went to pick it up several days later (it's by the kennel at TTC) and they reunited me with my item. They also dealt with a family who spoke not one word of English, and pantomimed 'lost knapsack'.

I was very impressed with the quality of CM here, although they all looked like teenagers/early 20's.

Best of luck! I would definitely make a call.

Yes, call them. We lost an FRS radio on the people mover in Tomorrow Land. We made a report at Lost and Found and a week after we got home it was returned to us via the mail. :thumbsup2
