Lost and found magic band

DD and I were at MK last Tuesday night. Somewhere between BTMRR, Splash and 7 Dwarfs I lost my Magic Band. After I noticed it was lost we made a bee line to guest relations to get band deactivated and was reissued temp card since we weren't leaving and still had a fast pass left.

Fast forward to today when I pulled up Disney PhotoPass to look at our photos. 8:49,there is a photo of my DD and myself sitting front row of Splash going down the drop, hands in the air.(my magic band is not on my arm). The next photos from PhotoPass were all from Splash at the drop taken at 9:01, 9:14, 9:29, 9:41, 9:52, 10:05 and 10:18. Needless to say as much as I would like to have rode splash 8 straight times, we didn't. We were not in any of the photos after 8:49. Magic band apparently fell off in the log. My DD said we were at guest relations somewhere around 10:15 - 10:20 when we got band deactivated. There is no telling how many more photos would have been taken. Surprised no one saw it. Really didn't find band but at least I know what happened to it. Just a funny story I thought I would share.

LOL, that was my first thought when reading this also. Funny story!

Yes, they gave me a card at GR. After we got back to resort I got another magic band. Generic gray.

It would've been really funny if somebody had found your Magic Band and then taken it around the park and had its picture taken by various PhotoPass photographers. Funny in a silly, pointless way - but it would've amused me.

Haha, that is really interesting! I love the times on the photo pass pics, sometimes I referred back to them when people asked how long we waited for x or y and I could see how much time elapsed between rides. Sorry you lost your band but thanks for sharing your story.
