Lost Amazon Prime Box

Does anyone have any experience with this? We are at the SSR Treehouses and the Front Desk cannot find our Amazon Prime Box that Amazon shows as delivered to the proper address and was signed for.

SSR bell services are looking for it.... any ideas what we can try?

Same thing happened to me in February using Amazon Prime Now at SSR. Never found the package. Reached out to Amazon and I was fully refunded.

It's possible it was delivered to the wrong room. My friend's luggage from DME was delivered to the room across the hall at BWV. Luckily the people saw our room # written on the tag and brought it over.

The same thing happened to use at AKL Kidani in November. Ended up finding it (at Jambo house!).

This happened to us back in Oct. at SSR. I finally had to get Amazon to refund it. SSR didn't even know who the person was that signed for it. It was not a cast member's name that they knew.
