So I have been on weight watchers for 2.5 months now, and any weight I have lost I have gained back. I have been under on my points, and don't even go into my weekly points, and I exercise a lot! I think it just doesn't work for mt body! I'm going to keep going until my 3 months is up, than I am switching to another.
Last year, I followed the Prevention Health Tracker for a few months (until I got really busy) and I lost 15lbs. It is free, and I really like Prevention's website. I should have just gone back to that, but I thought WW would help more
