rarely have I felt as frustrated with using any web or app!

So I am staying onsite (booked via Virgin holiday) and today is 180 day mark for booking adrs. As I understand it you can book for 10 days into your vacation?

However while the app shows me those dates it doesn't allow me to actually go through and book anything other than 2 August- exactly the 180 day mark.

My disney experience app has my virgin ref in it and surely is clever enough to see I'm staying onsite.

What I'm I missing.

Can you see your reservations and tickets in there too.
I had to get a disney reference from virgin and use that - not the virgin reference.

they respond quickly via their facebook page - though not at 10pm which it is now

if it is any consolation - i had no problems getting any reservations - its not quite as hard as its often stated
yes if you try a week before but 180ish is fine
i even got things i wanted no problem for the dates im offsite.

Thanks, I don't get even with the ref number from disney where that can be entered to help. Seems a fundamental issue in the my disney experience. It does show my hotel.

Virgin weren't even aware that you could book ten days into the vacation!

In all honesty your best bet is to ring them up I got all the reservations I wanted and some good suggestions the online system just drove me mad

If you are using the app I have never managed the +10 on there always had to use the website. I also remember of being a bit convoluted to get it to work.

It's my 180 days today so I will report back later how I get on. I am working today so can't call so will have to try online.

Like Tracy, I have never had any success booking the +10 on the app. Your best bet really is just to call.

I've been having the same issue, only able to book day by day. On the upside, I've just scored a reservation at Be Our Guest for dinner on my birthday.:bday:

Just an update: I tried booking via the website yesterday. I could get it to search for times but when i actually came to book the table it wouldn't let me.

I will be calling today :goodvibes

Seems to be a common problem as I have been having the same trouble with the website too. I also had to call them to do my +10 ADRs but got the times I wanted:)

I'm so sorry that I posted the same query on another new thread - mods, please delete if you need to.

Is there a UK number to call?

This is making me very nervous about booking through VH now, I always do DIY but couldn't get the price anywhere near as cheap as VH had it.

I'm in WDW for christmas and new years on the dining plan, so I'll definitely need my +10 for my dining reservations! If it won't let you do the +10 via MDE, do they question it when you ring them up?

There is no issue when you call - it's just a bug with UK reservations and MDE.

I booked all of mine by phone the other night without issue :thumbsup2

Thanks for all your help!! Have to say service from disney was exceptional. I complained about the cost of my call to Florida (I dialled the U.S. number as it was out of hrs on the UK number and I was concerned I would miss out!) and they covered that and a bit more via a voucher card I can pick up upon reception.

One question that I've thought of - am I going to have this same issue when I try and book FP 60 days out??

Any views appreciated
