Losing it with Jillian and Bob....

So no work out for me yesterday :( I had a dentist appt so by the time I got home and ate it was already late for my stomach to settle.

Tonight I have my Yoga class and am really hoping its more challenging tonight. I wish I could wake up earlier to do my work out in the morning but its been soo dark and dreary in the morning that I just cant get up.

Yoga was a bit more challenging tonight! Yay!

Hopefully I have energy tomorrow for a workout but its my late day so we shall see.
 
Work out didn't happen yesterday :( I really need to sit down and schedule my workouts so I know I am getting enough in. I will do that for next week

I am sorry to hear that you weren't able to get the workouts in- with 3 little ones I am sure it is not easy plus probably the last thing you feel like doing at the end of a long day.

Last two days here have been miserable out so I stayed in and did the elliptical x 45 minutes each.I think I lost 10 lbs in water- I wish!

I've been slacking so I finally sat down and wrote out my work out plan for the week. I did my bootcamp already and depending on how I feel..( still feel like I'm coming down with something) I will do Yoga Meltdown tonight.

How are you doing? I have a weigh in tomorrow and I'm not feeling very confident.
 
Bad, bad weekend.Pizza and other junk for 2 days! No workout either, I was taking Saturday off to go to NH but yesterday did yard work and felt really lousy.

I will weigh in later.

I didn't get in the second work out. I had a lazy day in.

I did weigh in today and I am down 1.2lbs :)

I attribute that to the healthy eating during the week as I do slack off a bit during the weekend.
I must stay on track with my workouts this week because we have Thanksgiving this coming weekend soo Saturday I have a dinner at the inlaws and then Monday one at my parents. Wish me luck!
 
This weather here in very nonmotivating- it has been lousy for a week.

I did not weigh in yet since this weekend was so bad and I worked yesterday.

Miserable week here. YDS got sick and was super clingy on Monday. I simply did not have the energy for a full workout. I was gonna go yoga until I realized I left my mat in DH's car.

Then I came down with a flu. My whole body aches, I'm freezing, stomach hurts, feel like vomitting. Not fun. I do feel a bit better today but stayed home so I can fight this sucker off. The plus side is my appetite is down.
 
I have Jillian's 30 Day Shred and No More Trouble Zones DVDs. The cardio on the "Shred" just about does me in, and it's also hard on my old body. NMTZ has some cardio in the 5-minute warm-up - but the rest of the workout (about 40 minutes' worth) isn't too hard on my joints. It gives a very thorough workout.

The cardio on level 1 of the shred I find the hardest. I have not done the complete NMTZ as I think I may not be able to walk the next day.

Theres something definately going around. I feel much better today. My body is still sore but overall better. Today is my late work day so Im not sure I will get a workout in. Im hoping at least yoga.

Hey Lizzy how is it going- everyonne healthy? I am going to try to get out there today.I feel gross! My weight is not great but not as bad as I thought it would be.

I will weigh in on Monday and basically start again.

Hey Linda!

We are all on the mend. I feel normal again except I have a super sore muscle in my back. No workouts here :(

I am off to work now and then have to take DS to a hockey game and dinner at the inlaws. I'm hoping I can manage a small loss or even just maintain since I have been pretty good with my eating. Hoping I don't ruin it with these Thanksgiving feasts. LOL

Happy Thanksgiving.I worry about that too -I have a work party and tgiving to get through oh ya xmas too before the 1/2- oh boy, oh Halloween candy- I have to stay strong!!!

Weighed in this am at 164- back on track but a little up from where I was 2 weeks ago.

Ran and biked Sat and Sun- too nice not to be out there for me.

Glad you had a good weigh in. The weather has been nice here also but we`ve been too busy to actually enjoy it. We went shopping across the US border yesterday starting out Christmas shopping early.

I didn`t get any workouts in at all which upsets me but I did well on my eating. At my MIL`s thanksgiving I even ate well. :)

I weighed in this morning and am down 1.8 lbs so that brings a total weight loss of 7lbs in the 3 weeks.

I will have to plan my workouts again this week and hopefully no sickness wrecks havoc to my plan.

Feeling much better eating wise and not so bloated.I refuse to go out to eat I told my DH that going out always sabatoges me because of the sodium no matter what I choose.
