Lose 1 Stone For Xmas week 7

I lost another pound this week! I'm really pleased as even though I doubt I'll make the stone by Christmas, especially given that I'm off to Disneyland Paris in a couple of weeks, I seem to be making steady progress now! :cheer2:
 
i guess i should start weighing myself, but i doubt i've lost...
i have a lot more muscle now though....
i did my 70 minutes on the elliptical trainer today....8 kilometers (whatever that is in miles....the trainer keeps track in KMs.....)

Well done everyone!!! I didn't lose but I knew I wouldn't as we were out for a meal on Sat.

I lost 3lb this week :cool1: (10lb in total on this challenge.) I am so pleased as I went away at the weekend for a spa weekend for my SIL's hen weekend. I tried my best to be really good when others were eating and drinkng lots (I even passed on the yummy cooked breakfast everyone else was having at the hotel and had a bowl of fruit instead!

Well done to all those who lost this week.

just back from the gym...
did 80 minutes and 9 kilometers today, despite absolutely nothing to watch on tv (they had a german language movie on!!...talk about AWFUL.....all i saw was a naked woman being beaten to death at the beginning....do i really need to see that at 8 in the morning?????....so i tuned to the music stations and daydreamed my way through the exercise)...
 
Well done Beth!! You are so fit!! I did about 45 minutes yesterday on the elliptical trainer but it took me much longer than 45 minutes as I had to keep stopping for a drink and to get off and walk round the gym pretending not to be totally exhausted and out of breath!!! :rotfl2:

it does make me happy to know that i have that sort of stamina.......
if only i could look nice and svelte and buff it would be perfect....
maybe a body transplant?....or rather, take my brain and put it in Claudia Schiffer's body....that would work....

since it was my last exercise day of the week, i did 90 minutes and 10 kilometers...
someone at work today commented that i look thinner....so either i was wearing bigger clothes or i've actually lost something....so that's nice...

I've lost 2.5 pounds this week. I have been exercising in the morning and in the evening. After this weekend I'm out almost every night, so I was trying to get a head start before then.

Thanx Di ~ I am exercising like mad to attempt to conteract all the extra food I am eating. At this rate I will have to get up at 5 to do my workout before going to work :)
