Lorealle Rocks!

She has been amazing while I've been planning this vacation, I emailed her today to let her know that we'd be arriving quite late in the evening...and that even through I didn't think there would be a premium room available it would be great if we could get one (there wasn't one available when we booked).

SHE WAS ALREADY HOLDING ONE FOR US!!!

I'm so excited that she was so thoughtful to do that for us...now we get a Disney View (not to mention the great new beds)!!!

That is cool! We are really looking at staying there on our next trip. Part of the reason is because of the customer service everyone raves about on here. It seems hard to find anymore...

We are staying at the Fairfield Inn this trip because I have hotel points to cover. However, I have already told my husband that I want to walk over to the HoJo to check it out because that's where I want to stay if we have to pay for it ourselves.

Have to chime in & agree here. I have emailed Lorealle a few times with different questions (sometimes even the same questions just worded differently to make sure that I understood! lol) regarding our upcoming stay at the HoJo. She was always quick to get back to me patiently answering all of my questions & then some!

I have to agree whole-heartedly, when I talked with her about booking our rooms she was SO nice and fun to talk to....I think I kept her on the phone longer than I needed to just because she made me smile!!

I got to meet Lorealle 3 weeks ago while we were at Disneyland. She came to Disneyland with my sister in law (Annette). I guess they used to work together here in Utah!! It was fun to meet her personally after reading all the great things you all say about her here on the board!! She was very sweet!! We can't wait to stay at the HOJO ourselves after all the rave reviews it gets and of course because of Lorealle!!!
