Just wanted to say that Lorealle truely rocks!!!!

Booked Hojo recently & had problem with our booking.
Did nt know what to do & was getting abit anxious so I figured best person to speak to was the lovely Lorealle.
She was sooooo helpful & took care of everything totally

I know she comes on the boards & answers many questions from us Disers. I just wanted to share my great experience on here. Good service is something we all expect, great service is a pleasure to receive, outstanding service is few & far between & that's what we received.

Am super excited to be staying at Hojo & am super greatful for Lorealles help

I also had a similiar problem with my reservation (computer gliches) and the ever so gracious and attentive Lorealle fixed it quickly.
