Any suggestions on a loop for a 45 foot diesel pusher?

Definitely a premium loop. Let the reservationist know your length and see which ones are long enough.

Premium, Full Hook Up. Could easily get a DP in to a lot of the Full Hook up sites.

Some of the full will work for length also. The premiums offer more width.
