Will we know which loop we'll be in before we leave home?? I've been browsing some threads here and it seems that - for tent camping - Loop 2000 has larger sites overall than Loop 1500. We have a small pop-up camper, but if I know ahead of time that we'll be in 2000, I might consider bringing our tent along as well for my older boys. But if we'll be in 1500 I won't bother.:confused3

I have stayed in both loops bring I would bring the tent even if you are in the 1500 loop, we had our pop up and 12x12 screen room set up on our site at 1506 with no problems. Enjoy your trip.

You can request loop 2000, chances are good you will be placed there.

Agree that if you request 2000 loop you should get it. Most people want the 1500 loop because it is smaller and just a short walk from the Meadowland Recreation Area (store, pool, movie, rental barn, etc).

We have a pop-up and always requested 1500 loop ... plenty of room for a tent besides.

A couple of times we had to relocate from 2000 to 1500 on the second day but it was WAY worth it for the location!!!

In my experience they won't actually tell you your loop/site assignment until you actually check in and your site is ready - no matter how much you torture the CM. :lmao:

, just wanted to say that your pups are adorable!! Also noticed your location - we're from NH (Bennington)! Left last April (victim of the job market), went to Florida; no jobs there either and now we're in TX. The in-laws live in Hollis.

We're just a couple of towns and a skip over the river away in Hudson. :wave2:
