Loop 600 -- is it now preferred??

Are we SURE that loop 600 is now preferred? There were posts to that effect several months ago, but I can't seem to get a straight answer from Disney reservations. I guess I could call the front desk at FW but before I resort to that, has anyone stayed in loop 600 recently and was it full hook-up or preferred?
