loop 300 closed and loops 100-200 getting refurbed?

Has anyone heard of loop 300 closing for refurb? 100 or 200? I read this on another site and wanted to check with you all.

Anyway, this is not a big deal.

It is a slow time at the Fort, and they have been sprucing up the preferred loops (100-300) with new sand pads, painting the utility connections, and adding a little landscaping. You can see what it looks like in the link I posted above.

I agree it is slow. Hubby and child are there now and they put them in a premium spot even though they had a full ressie.

We will be there in a 5 weeks and I'm hoping it is done. Although, a free upgrade would be fine also. Maybe to 500. We've stayed in both. 300 is our favorite for shorter stays under 5 days because we love being on the cannal. Over that 500 is nice for the extra room.

Oh, I think they will definitely be done by the time you guys are here. In fact, they probably could be done in a couple of days if the sites were needed. It's just so slow right now, it's the perfect time to close the entire loop. Bet it will be open by Oct. 1st..............
