We arrive Friday (12/2) and I can't quit smiling at the weather report!
No rain! Sunshine and average of 70 during the day, a chill in the air at night in mid 40's.

I can't wait. I can bring my Disneyland sweatshirts and sweaters.
I'm ready to be immersed in all the holiday charm and especially the food & wine festival.

There is a chance that fireworks will get cancelled on Friday, 12/2, because of wind. Hopefully this will change, but it's good to be prepared.

We arrive on the 3rd! A week ago when I looked at the forecast it was saying 90% chance of tons of rain for one of the days so I was nervous. Bring on the sunshine! It's going to be -17C where I am from on a couple of the days we are in Disneyland so I'm so thrilled haha

Lol. We are headed there in a couple of hours and are digging out our mittens and winter coats. Good weather is relative I guess!

We're going this weekend also, and planning to freeze our butts off. 41 at night is about the coldest it ever gets around here. One or two nights a year we'll have frost, but it's been pretty darn cold to us.

I am so excited to be there in Christmas season where the weather is cool enough to feel like Christmas but not actually cold! We went last Christmas near Christmas week and the temps were great but it kept raining. This year, looks like it will not rain while we are there. This should be fun!

I bought myself some nice, warm fleece gloves the other day. No frozen hands in Disney! I am excited for a trip where I won't melt. The 97 degree days at the end of October about killed me!

OK, it is Friday Morning, and we have a High Wind Warning, that will more than likely impact the Fireworks tonight and maybe tomorrow, as they predict the winds to stick around through Saturday.High today looks like 66. (Currently 52 at 6 AM)
.
Sometimes they will offer the Snow effect by itself if they have to cancel the Fireworks, but that can also get cancelled.

For those come out here to Anaheim, have a great trip, but I would also want gloves and a couple of layers. Disney will be stocking its Sweatshirts and Jackets in plain sight in the shops today, and looking forward to high sales ;)

Now, for an educated guess, maybe a 10% chance for Fireworks tonight, tomorrow will be around 50/50......

We're heading out today, 12/2. I'm sad to hear about the fireworks, we were really excited to see them tonight.

Yeah, the high wind warning doesn't expire until tomorrow afternoon so bring your ponytail holders and sunglasses! It's going to be pretty gusty in places.

I'm having the same thoughts. I'll be okay during the day, but know I will freeze down the bones when the sun goes down. I'll either try to do as much indoors as possible, or I'll have to head back to warmth and safety every night. :rotfl2:

We leave tomorrow yay! Wind is no good but we are prepared with our layers and wind/rain gear just in case. We got our first snow here yesterday and it's going to be a high of 0 F on Tuesday where I'm from so I'm thrilled for the "warm" temps haha

Will they do World of Color if it's windy? We're heading down tomorrow and I'd love to see fireworks, but if it's likely to be windy we may pop over to DCA for World of Color (since when we have a choice fireworks usually win :)

We are also headed out tomorrow. They are predicting that the winds will die down after tomorrow morning, so there may be no issue at all. Let's hope so, at least! Tomorrow and Sunday will already be wonky because of the Candlelight Processional, bad weather cancelling night shows will only make things worse...
