Well, the free dining is only good on non-discounted rooms. But one or the other should work for most folks!

Yes, the public release is on May 9th, I believe.

Yes, that's what the email says. General release is May 9th. But it's limited in that it's only for a few weeks in September (so far).

Yes there is:

Offer excludes campsites and 3-bedroom villas and is not valid at Disney's Art of Animation Resort - Little Mermaid Standard view Rooms.
