I'm watching the Port Canaveral webcam as the Carnival ships are heading in. The Dream is third in line. It's not making circles out in the ocean anymore!

Which makes sense because didn't they turn the cruise that was to leave today into a 6-night leaving tomorrow? So other than being the wrong day it would be a fairly normal turn-around day?

On the dream now! We got in at about 2:45, they started express walk off at 3:10, regular disembarkation at 3:55, had all of us who were staying on for the night get off around 5, then back on just before 6. Enjoying a nearly empty ship now.
