When we flew out this year our inflight entertainment was not working - we were given $25 each - but no vouchers ever arrived - so after 12 weeks I emailed to ask when to expect them.

As means of apology they have given us £100 each!!! Off our flights valid for a year. Very impressed!

Shame you didn't book in the sale thats just ended, next years peak dates were from under £400, £100 off that would be great.

They were quite good when we complained, it was nothing major but we had paid for business class so I expected better, about 1 hour late setting off due to a family who wouldn't be split up and then didn't get any drinks offered for quite a while. We got 25,000 airmiles each in our accounts, added to what we already had gave us a free (£3.20) one way flight this August.

We are looking for Aug 18th/19th to Sept 1st/2nd in 2013 - but due to other commitments cannot pay full price till January.

I have learnt not to look everyday this time round! I was only asking where our travel vouchers were so it was a nice surprise to get that offer!

Have a budget of £500 indirect and £600 direct.

Although was surprised to see a virgin fly drive for £3050 for 19/08/13 to 02/09/13 for 4 adults - not only was it cheaper than flight only, traveling a day before was £5700! I know it was still expensive but did seem good compared to the other virgin options!
