Looks like DCL is getting a new website...

The problem with the Disney Fantasy Cat V Staterooms pictures can be found when you select the Fantasy under ships, then go to the staterooms. When you see the Cat V stateroom picture, it has a box to hit for a slide show of the room and there you will see the Cat T pictures and not the Cat V.

What happens when you select Family Concierge from the drop down menu?

Thanks! I didn't see the drop down menu. But shouldn't they have the Family Concierge first since it is lower level?

I bet they did it on purpose, so we see T first, and then V* looks sad and small, and we book T.

*booked V for 2 of our 4 DCL cruises, it's not sad and small...just saying that it might seem so, in comparison. :)

Where can I put in the FLR (Florida Resident) code to check to see if a discount is available? That was very easy to do on the old site, but I don't see a place to check on the new site.

Finally, a week later, I can see it as well! It just popped up in Safari at my Mac at home... Will be interesting to see if Firefox at work has it as well! Really silly, but I am very excited that I am finally able to look around the new website!

I am really disappointed in the new web site. The only thing better is being able to select where you want your cabin's location (mid-ships, etc) and see the room location exactly & what rooms are available. The pictures of the lounges for instance, only 1 pic, not the beautiful grouping they used to have. The sample menus are all gone too. Trying to see what is on every deck & where, so crazy having to choose the level a section at a time! This new site did not get me excited to book on DCL.

Showing the cabin's location (mid-ships, etc) is exactly what Princess Cruise Line has had for years.

i'm getting the new site on my desk top but not on my laptop. i guess i have the best of both worlds. ;)

Same computer - but different browsers show me old or new. Microsoft Edge is new site and Google Chrome is old site. My guess is they are still working on their browser compatibility and depending upon the browser you are using you will be directed appropriately.

I'm using Windows 7, and on both IE and Chrome I'm still getting the old site.

That's what I would expect. IE is Internet Explorer the older browser, so its probably not supported in the new site yet. I'm Windows 10 and Chrome for me is old site also. Edge is Microsoft's new browser and it shows me the new site. I'm just surprised they are supporting Safari before Chrome.

Not liking the new site. I did manage to find out about accessible rooms but it was a fluke. Not easy to do. When you first search I am not able to find a button. However, if I start over it then gives me the option to choose accessible. I do like that they have a button now for accessible excursions. Problem is there are a lot of mistakes and some listed as accessible are not. So I am finding the site frustrating.

Seems to bring up the old on Chrome, and new on Firefox (weird, I would expect the opposite)

Get the old site in Firefox, Chrome, Edge (Win 10) on PC and Tablet. Tried also in an Incognito tab in Chrome. Just fired up an LG tablet that has 4G service, and with Chrome got the old site, and with the built in browser I got the new site. I don't know how they're routing traffic since the LG tablet had the same IP between both browsers!
