Looking up confirmations online

I booked a room at the POFQ last week by calling WDWTC. I just looked up my confirmation number online, and it said that my reservation has been canceled. Has anyone else tried to look their reservation up online and had this happen? I called, and the CM said it was fine. I haven't received my paper cofirmation yet.

I'm not overly concerned about it. I was just curious if I could check my ressie online, and to see the word canceled is never a good thing.

The same thing happened to me. I just got off the phone. Everything is fine with my reservation. I wonder why they are showing cancelled online?

Me too! Mine shows cancelled and yet when I call, they say everything is fine. In fact, the CM acted like I was crazy.

Is it just me, or do they need to work a littl emore on their overall reservation process?

The CM I spoke with acted like I was crazy as well. Of course, she didn't know her own (fake) name. She gave me three names.

Thank goodness I saw this post. The same thing happened to me. I was so worried that I called CRO twice to verify that my reservations were still Ok. Now I feel better that it wasn't only me! I booked ASMo and then DH bought a AAA membership so we upgraded to POR and I thought they might have cancelled the wrong res. Online both conf. #'s were cancelled!
