Looking to where I can order a Dis shirt, etc...

Hi, I have heard that you can get Disboard shirts and car antenna toppers wondering if anyone has any info on this??? Do people still decorate their room windows with lime green mickey heads to represent they are part of the disboards crew???

For shirts...if you scroll down the index page, there's a DISigns forum callede "Creative DISigns".

Go on there, then go into the "gallery" to browse through the AWESOME stuff.

When you find something you love, a lot of the ladies and gentlemen will customize them for you...names etc. Then you save the image to your computer, buy some shirts and iron-on transfers, and assemble your shirts.

I highly recommend the transfers sold by Amy on that forum....M~I~C~K~E~Y is her screenname, I believe....

The DISigns can NOT be bought or sold. Only "given"...so it's out of a love for Disney and their generous hearts that we get to have such neat stuff!

Adding some pics of the ones I made for our trip through the generosity of that forum...

Thanks for your info Laura, I am really excited that I can maybe get a shirt made for my daughter and myself for our 2nd trip this Sept! We went last year as well and will be there again for her 9th bday, we both are totally excited...somedays I think I am more excited than her and I still have over 5 months to wait!
Your pics of your shirts look great, I esp love the ones with the crowns and the girls shirts are really cute as well!
Hope you enjoy your trip, it is really a magical place to go....I think I have become addicted to going! lol

Thanks so much...I had fun making them! I added some "bling" to the crown ones with Aline's Jewel It glue....so they really sparkle, not just pics of sparkle, kwim?

I think I'm more excited than anyone else too!

None of us have ever been, so it's going to be a blast!

It dawnedon me the other day how disappointing it's going to be when we get home again though ....I've been heavy-duty planning for 11 months, but we started saving etc 5 years ago!

I bought them from a DISboard lady...she has FANTASTIC ones...they even made it through ME doing them!

When we went to the Pop Century in January 2009 we decorated our room door with a lime green Mickey head I made out of bristol board and cardboard. I then attached a few magnets to the back and a pen to the front and asked fellow disers to sign and had my dis name on it and avatar pic. I made it small as I didn't know if anyone would sign at all. We actually had quite a few and regret making it on the small side.

I also made up lgmh for our stroller and had our name on that, it made it really easy to recognize with all the other strollers.

Lastly, I made up very small lgmh for our camera case and backpack with my dis name and avatar picture.

I really love the shirt designs but the above is the limit to my creativity.

I was part of the January Snowbirds Dis chat and some were even creative enough to make up window clings for their windows at their resorts.
